What is the main advantage of the Dry-bulk Container Liner compared to other packaging?
Container liner is a cost effective solution to bulk cargo transportation,as well as for preventing contamination to containers.Using Container liner would cost about 60% of using 2-ton Bulk Bags,about 50% of using 1-ton Bulk bag, about 30% of using 25-kg Bags,
What is it made of the flexitank?
Our flexitanks are made of 4 layers of food-grade polyethylene film and a very enduring protective outer layer of polypropylene fabric and 2"or 3"loading/discharge fittings. And we also can make 2 layers inner liner Flexitank with thicker PE film each layer.
What is the capacity of the flexitank?
The capacity of the flexitank is from 16KL to 24KL.
What is the main advantage of of flexitanks compared the other types of packaging ?
There is a big saving in packaging cost as it is possible to load about 40% more product into a 20ft container compared to drums - i.e. there is a saving on packaging and freight.
What are the loading restrictions in the boat or in the truck?
When loading in China we can usually load upto 25 tons. However, it is important to take into account weight restrictions at the destination. e.g. Japan has a relatively lower road-weight compared to China .
Is it possible to open the 2 doors of the truck when the flexitank is full?
Only the NBF or reefer flexitanks can be loaded or discharged with both doors open. With a standard flexitank it is a safety requirement to keep the left hand door closed during the filling and discharge operation.
Are there any safety considerations for flexitank loading ?
Loading is recommended to be at a maximum rate of about 800 liters per minute. However there are other guidlines to follow which is why we offer a training session for the customers before and during the first loadings.
What are the loading and unloading processes?
If the customer can load or unload road or ISO tanks then they can easily load and unload flexitanks. Again, we offer a training package for the loading and discharge processes.
Is the valve located at the top or the bottom of the flexitanks ?
We supply both types of tanks i.e. top loading,top discharge or top loading, bottom discharge.
Are there other loading or unloading processes ?
Loading and discharge is relatively simple but it is necessary to follow a procedure depending on the customer's system.
